These terms govern your use of the Clean Living Property Services website and the conditions that apply to instant quotes and bookings. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.
Instant quotes: subject to confirmation
Our online quote tool provides an instant price estimate based on the information you enter. All auto-generated quotes are indicative and subject to confirmation before a booking is finalised. We have not inspected your property at the time an instant quote is displayed.
A firm price is only confirmed once we have reviewed your details and, where necessary, conducted a site assessment or walkthrough. We reserve the right to adjust a quoted price if the actual condition, size or scope of work differs materially from what was described.
Quote conditions notice
By requesting an instant quote, you acknowledge that:
- The displayed price is an estimate, not a binding offer, unless explicitly stated as a firm price for standard services
- Deep cleans, detail packages, properties in poor condition and commercial premises may require inspection before a confirmed price is issued
- Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated and apply to our Adelaide service area
- Your contact details will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act
Bookings & cancellations
A cleaning appointment is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Clean Living Property Services (email or message). Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We ask for reasonable notice where possible so we can offer the slot to other clients.
Service area & access
We service Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time, including keys, codes or entry instructions. Additional charges may apply for jobs that require significantly more time than quoted due to undisclosed conditions or access issues.
Liability
Clean Living Property Services carries appropriate insurance for our cleaning operations. We take care in your home, but our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Please report any concerns promptly so we can address them.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
